The craziness is starting to happen. I'm starting to feel like I'm running out of time to get everything done before we go. There are doctor appts, pre-op paperwork, insurance crap, school stuff, laundry, packing, etc, that I'm trying to get done. All while still being a mom to 3 kids, homework, dinner, oh and running a company! Ahhhhhh . . . . . Deep breath. We have a crazy full weekend with Halloween parties, a baseball game, and working in business stuff. By the time Sunday night rolls around, I'm gonna need some serious medication. The reality is setting in.
Lily has been a champ through all this. She has been so strong and sweet while listening to me tell the story of why we are going tons of times to family and friends. She totally knows whats happening, but she doesn't realize the extent of it. But I can't really tell her, "It's gonna suck, and it's going to be so hard."
Here's us this week at Dr Carruths for her pre-op eval. She did great . . .
WE love our Dr Carruth!
We took the kids last night to Pumpkin City.
Lily rode a pony for the very first time in her life and fell in love!
