We got the all clear on Monday to head home. We left Tuesday morning, and after a long plane ride, I was so happy to see sunny southern California! We headed straight to my mom's house where the boys were staying. I ran in and surprised Connor, gave him a huge hug and we both cried! Then my mom came back with Dallin and I cried again! My family all came over and we had a nice afternoon together. They all got to see the "new Lily". She is doing so great, considering all the changes in schedules and coming off all sorts of meds. We are slowly weaning her drugs, and she has to have her legs wrapped together for another week. But after all that we are done! I am slowly getting used to being home again. Nothing has changed here, but I feel like I've been on another planet for 2 months. It's a little weird, but I'm getting used to it. I think I have finally gotton used to the time change. I tackled going to Target and Costco yesterday, but I still have some organizing to do. I haven't unpacked my suitcase yet, but I'll get there. Anyway, we are glad to be home and planning on enjoying the rest of summer! We have already been to the pool twice! Thanks again everyone for keeping up with us during this tough time. We have felt your prayers, and Lily has made it passed this big hurdle in her life. We are so blessed to have such an amazing family! Love to you all!!- L
