The Countdown is on!

It's early in the morning and I made it through the weekend. I usually come over about 6:30 am so I can be here when she wakes up. I could have slept longer today because she's still sound asleep. I like coming early too because that's when they do rounds and I see all the docs. The countdown has officially started and I am pretty much counting the hours till I get to hold her. She will get another x-ray on Wednesday, and then pins and weights come off on Thursday morning. Hooray! I can't believe I have made it through to this point. I thought it would never come, and now I am 3 days away. Once she is out of traction, then we will be in the hospital for 3-4 more days, and then we can get the heck out of here!!!!! So I have about 7 more days in the hospital, and we are trying to figure out our flights for coming home. Hopefully we can leave as soon as possible, because I need to hug my boys for hours! I never thought I would ever have to be away from them so long, ever!! And by the time I finally get home, it will have been a month since I saw them last. We have been doing the video chat everyday, but of course not the same. So, the end is in sight! Benny will get here on Thursday, yay!!
