ON OUR WAY.......

Back to Baltimore this week! We now go back once a year to do follow-ups with Lily's surgical team. I can't believe how fast this year has gone by, and now we are headed back to the East Coast again! Luckily this time, Benny is coming with me! We are going to stay with his Cousin Dan and wife Merianne in DC, which is only an hour from Baltimore.
Hoping, wishing and praying that all goes well this trip. I feel like I have to knock on wood a lot because Lily has done SO well with everything. But, unfortunately I know people who have to go back for other surgeries or complications a few times a year. Glad that's not us, but you never know. The biggest thing is her bladder growth, how much it's grown over the last year, and how much liquid it can hold. She will get put out for a cystoscopy to measure this. It's scary, but I feel very confident in our amazing doctor and team. Best the world remember!
