We're Here!

After a long day of flying, we arrived in Baltimore last night at 1:00am. There were some crazy lightening storms in Denver, so we sat in our airplane for an extra hour (so fun). We felt so bad because we had to wake up the guy at the Children's house at 2:00am to let us in. But, we were so happy to be here and to see where I would would living for a long time! I feel so lucky to have gotton into this place. Apparently it's pretty hard to get into, and I had to keep calling and calling to do it. So glad I did because this house is GREAT!! It's right across the street from the hospital on a safe street. The house is so adaorable and very accomidating to anything I need! When the boys come out to visit, they are so set up!! This place is a kid paradise with tons of video games, toys, crafts, bikes, you name it. This will be a vacation for them! Today is Sunday so it's pretty quiet around here, but tomorrow I'll get to meet more of the staff and see how things go. Today we headed over to Target to get some food and little things. We got lost in some pretty interesting parts of town, let's just say that we're not in Orange County anymore!!!!!! Very different here, a little sketchy! That's ok though, we need a little culture in our lives right! Tomorrow is our first Doctor appointment at 8:30. We will be meeting the other surgeon that will be in Lily's surgery, the Orthopedic Surgeon. His name is Doctor Sponseller and he is famous for the Sponseller osteotomy, which he will do on Lily. We are happy to have him and meet him!
Here are some pictures of my home-away-from-home for the next month and a half.
