We had a small campout at the Ek's last night. Benny's dad has an amazing yard, plenty of room for an over-nighter. The kids have been excited all week for this night. What's not to be excited about-- playing with cousins, fire pits, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, sparklers, staying up late, a morning hike and pancakes! The kids and Dad's slept in the tents, while the babies and Moms (thank you very much) slept in the house! Sadly not too many pictures of me or Lily, she went to bed pretty early and somehow I managed to dodge the camera. :)

Alan and Elke brought a new creation! Woof-ums, Biscuit balls, Dough Buckets, or whatever you wanna call them. You roast biscuit dough on a wood stick and fill it with any yummy filling you can imagine!

ugh this makes me so homesick. but looks like you guys had a blast!
WAIT!!!!!!!!!! I am not ready for you to be gone for a whole week (especially since I haven't seen you in days now cause of my little vacay). Ok, these are such great pictures. I was jealous that I wasn't there eating those biscuit things...YUM!!!
And, when did you take those pics of the boys? Those are awesome!!!
